What managing 15 client accounts actually looks like

The work is not the outreach. The work is the overhead around it.

A browser profile per client

Separate Chrome profiles, separate logins, separate extensions, and a morning spent switching between them before any real work starts.

Replies found days late

A buying signal sits unread in client seven’s inbox because nobody had that profile open. By the time you see it, the moment has gone.

Per-seat pricing eats the margin

At $79–$99 per seat, fifteen clients costs well over a thousand a month before you have delivered anything. The retainer stops working.

Reporting is a manual Friday

Screenshotting numbers out of fifteen dashboards into fifteen decks, every single month.

One shared IP across every client

Tools that route all accounts through the same infrastructure make client profiles look connected to each other. That is a risk you are carrying on their behalf.

Onboarding a client takes a day

New logins, new extension installs, new tool setup — before campaign one has been written.

Built for running many accounts, not one

The features that stop being conveniences and start being the whole job once you pass three clients.

One unified inbox

Every conversation across every client account in one view. Switch between tens or hundreds of accounts instantly, no re-login.

Unlimited accounts

Connect as many LinkedIn accounts as you manage. No ceiling, and no separate browser profile for each.

Dedicated IP per client

Each account gets its own country-based IP and automatic warm-up, so client profiles are never linked by shared infrastructure.

Labels & private notes

Tag prospects per client and keep context on each conversation, so any team member can pick it up cold.

Client-ready reporting

Custom reports you can export and share, instead of screenshotting fifteen dashboards into decks.

CRM & workflow sync

Push each client’s leads into their own HubSpot or Pipedrive via native integrations, Zapier, Make, n8n or webhooks.

Where the hours actually come back

Unified inbox

Stop running a browser profile per client

This is the single biggest operational change. Every client’s conversations live in one inbox, and switching between accounts takes a click rather than a logout. Nothing sits unread for three days because the wrong profile was open.

  • Instant switching across tens or hundreds of accounts
  • Labels to separate genuine leads from noise, per client
  • Private notes so context survives staff handovers
  • One browser, one login, one place to look

Client account safety

Their accounts are your reputation

Losing a client’s LinkedIn profile loses you the client. Every account you connect gets a unique country-based IP so it looks native to that client’s own location, warms up gradually rather than starting at full volume, and stays inside daily limits you control.

  • Dedicated country-based IP per LinkedIn account
  • Automatic profile warm-up on every new connection
  • Human-like pacing and behaviour patterns
  • Per-account caps on daily connections and messages
  • Cloud-based — no extension on anyone’s machine

What you pay as the client list grows

Monthly billing, like-for-like on the cheapest plan from each vendor that supports multi-account management and a shared inbox.

LinkedIn accounts BearconnectGrowth plan HeyReach$79 / sender Expandi$99 / seat Dripify$99 / user Meet Alfred$69 / user
5 accounts $285save $60/mo $395 $495 $495 $345

15 accounts $855save $180/mo $1,185 $1,485 $1,485 $1,035

Bearconnect Growth is $285/mo for 5 accounts plus $57 per additional account; annual billing drops this to $237 and $47. Competitor rates are per-seat list prices from each vendor’s public pricing page on 13 August 2026. Worth knowing: HeyReach also sells a flat $999/mo bundle for 25 senders, which becomes cheaper than Bearconnect above roughly 17 accounts. Below that, Bearconnect is the lower cost — and it is the only one of the five that also schedules your clients’ content.

What multi-account management costs elsewhere

Most tools price per seat, so your cost scales linearly with your client list. Bearconnect prices per account with a volume break at five.

Agency questions

Do I need a separate browser for each client?
No — and this is usually the reason agencies move. The unified inbox lets you handle every client’s communications from one place, so there is no juggling separate browser profiles, logins or extensions for each account you manage.
How many LinkedIn accounts can I connect?
As many as you need; there is no cap. Pricing follows account count: the Growth plan covers 5 accounts at $285 per month, with each additional account at $57 ($237 and $47 respectively on annual billing). Growth also includes priority support, premium onboarding and a consulting call with the founder.
Is it cheaper than HeyReach or Expandi for an agency?
For most agency sizes, yes. At 10 accounts Bearconnect is $570 a month against roughly $790 for HeyReach and $990 for Dripify at equivalent tiers; at 15 accounts it is $855 against about $1,185 and $1,485. Being straight with you: HeyReach also sells a flat $999 bundle for 25 senders, which works out cheaper than Bearconnect once you pass roughly 17 accounts. Below that line Bearconnect is the lower cost, and it includes content scheduling that neither of them offers at any price.
Can I customise campaigns per client?
Yes. Campaigns are unlimited, so each client can have their own sequences, targeting, messaging, daily limits and time-zone settings. Nothing is shared between clients unless you want it to be, and each can have their own saved Brand Voice for content.
How do I report results to clients?
The analytics dashboard tracks connection requests, acceptance rates, replies and campaign performance in real time, and reports can be customised, exported and shared — so client updates stop being a manual screenshot exercise.
What support do agencies get?
The Growth plan includes priority support, premium onboarding and a consulting call with the founder. There is also a certified partner programme of vetted agencies and automation specialists if you want help building workflows.
